Biography

This Filipino pride: Michael Cinco was born in the south of Samar, in 1971. 

He is now known for creating haute couture weddings gowns, that are favorite of most world class celebs and socialites. He owns a Michael Cinco Haute Couture Boutique  which is based now in Dubai. He also has a new perfume line IMPALPABLE for Bench. - 

• He first studied at SLIMS fashion and arts school in the Philippines and further his studies at the Central Saint Martins in London. In 1997, he moved to Dubai and established his own couture house, Michael Cinco Haute Couture in 2003. 
• His works were featured in Dubai Fashion Week and Swarovski shows. In 2011, he won as Breakthrough Designer in the WGSN Global Fashion Award held in New York and was also nominated as Best Designer in Grazia Style Awards. He joined the Miami Fashion Week where his swimwear collections and bejeweled gowns were featured.

International Achievement: Americas Next Top Model

Cinco was the first Filipino designer to be featured on the Emmy-award winning reality show, Americas Next Top Model. Producers were astonished by the talent of our Samar-growned designer. 

•  His collections were featured in the 16th cycle’s eco-couture episode of the America's Next Top Model that was shot way back in November 2010 and aired on April 13, 2011 in the United States. his eco-couture dress are made up of trash bags, broken glass and any other waste or junk materials. Producers and contestants of the show were stunned upon seeing and wearing his gorgeous outfit.

                 Furthermore, Cinco's exemplar talented hands also create the final collection for America's Next Top Model Cycle 17 (All Stars). Where the finalist got to decide on what would be the look of the outfit.

His collection is inspired by the Greek Culture (Greek Gods and Goddesses) . It is worn by the top 3 finalist of ANTM All Stars

Michael Cinco at Philippine Fashion Week 2012

                

Michael Cinco, a proud Filipino designer showcased his exemplar talent in the Philippine Fashion Week 2012 held at SMX Convention Center. He unleashed his creative skill in presenting his sophisticated Holiday collection. Together with some renound Filipino designers, Michael did not failed to empress the whole crowd. Designer Michael Cinco really surprised Filipinos for his creative masterpieces, the intricate details of sewing and, check this out.. the very detailed-oriented beadings! Vividly designed, Michaels cohesive collection shows the explicit couture gowns inspired by the dramatic scene of a fairy tale. "Jaw Drop" is the only word that came up to the audience when they saw the collection coming out.

of all the gown, I really fall in-love with tube gown and very long trail, with volumes of tulles, whatever. It's a one night occasion to be what you are, so be fabulous is a MUST!
